Payments

Our online store accepts payments via PayPal, debit card, and credit card. All transactions are securely processed through third-party providers.If you don’t have access to a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account, please contact us at info@swissjust.com.au to arrange an alternative payment method, such as direct deposit.

Ownership of the goods remains with JUST Australia until full payment has been received. An invoice will be included with your order, detailing any applicable GST, freight, and handling charges.

Risk in the Product

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer at the date and time the product is removed from storage for delivery. The customer acknowledges that JUST products are classified as natural, produced in small batches, and contain minimal preservatives. Accordingly, all products must be stored below 25°C at all times. Products containing 100% essential oils must be kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

JUST Australia shall not be held liable for any deterioration of products that have not been stored correctly, regardless of the cause, including any deterioration occurring during shipment to the customer.

JUST products are meant to soothe and provide well-being. Please be reminded that no JUST product replaces the qualified recommendation of your health care provider or physician. JUST products are not intended to diagnose, mitigate, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Just products are cruelty-free, not tested on animals, and dermatologically tested on volunteers.
