31 Herbal Essential Oil

Herbal Oil 31 is a very versatile natural product made from pure plant essences for the whole family. The 31 herbs are formulated to allow the oil to be used for a wide variety of applications, such as: aromatherapy (aroma lamp, sauna, massage, bath additive), colds, muscle pain , relief of breathing, headache, body aches, sore throat, flu, mouth and throat ailments, rheumatism, indigestion, back and stomach pain.

Tension Headaches and Migraines:
Apply 31 Herbal Oil to the temples, behind the ears, and on the nape of the neck.

Muscle and Joint Pain:
Mix 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil with Juniper Cream and/or Comfrey Creamy Gel and massage into the affected area.

Dizziness or Drowsiness from Low Blood Pressure:
Rub 1 drop of 31 Herbal Oil under your nose and inhale deeply to experience its refreshing, revitalising aroma.

Digestive Discomfort:
Apply warm compresses or gently massage the upper abdomen using 3–5 drops of 31 Herbal Oil blended with Just Almond Carrier Oil or any Just Cream or Lotion for massages. This can provide a refreshing and soothing sensation.

Minor Warts:
Apply 31 Herbal Oil directly to the wart daily for several days to help minimise its appearance.

Arthritis, Gout, Joint Pain, Rheumatism:
Massage the affected areas with San’Activ Cream to help ease movement, increase elasticity, and provide comfort. Enhance the effect by adding 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil to the cream.

Spasms and Cramps:
Massage the area with Juniper Cream. To boost its effectiveness, mix in 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil.

Muscle Overexertion or Brisk Movements:
Apply a thin layer of Comfrey Creamy Gel to the affected area and massage gently for a comforting, refreshing sensation. For enhanced benefits, blend in 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil.

Muscle Tension:
Massage the area with Juniper Cream, adding 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil for a stronger effect.

Pre-Sports Warm-Up:
Apply Juniper Cream with 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil to prepare muscles before physical activity.

Sprains:
Gently massage the affected area with Comfrey Creamy Gel for a cooling, soothing effect. Add 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil to enhance the soothing properties.

Muscle Strains and Tears:
Apply Comfrey Creamy Gel with 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil and massage softly to comfort and refresh strained muscles.

Nausea:
Rub one drop of 31 Herbal Oil under the nose and inhale deeply to help alleviate nausea.

Essential Oil Dilution:
For massages: Dilute 3–5 drops of your preferred essential oils in one teaspoon of Body Oil and apply to the body or target area.
