Blend 3 to 5 drops of 31 Herbal Oil with Juniper Cream and/or Comfrey Creamy Gel and gently massage into the affected area.

A gentle massage with San’Activ Cream is always recommended to provide comfort and improve flexibility in movement. To enhance its effectiveness, add a few drops of 31 Herbal Oil to the cream.
