Application
Application
Add 10–20 ml of bath essence to a pre-filled bathtub and stir to disperse evenly. For best results, use a bath temperature of 33–37°C and soak for no longer than 20 minutes. Rest for 20 to 30 minutes after your bath to maximise the benefits.
