The Meditation Oil is highly concentrated and should always be used sparingly and diluted:

Bath additive: For a full bath, add approximately 10–20 drops to the bathwater. To help the oil disperse evenly, mix with an emulsifier such as milk, cream, or honey.

Fragrance lamp or diffuser: Add around 2 drops of oil to the water reservoir of your fragrance lamp or diffuser.

Sauna infusion: Add 3–5 drops of oil to one litre of infusion water. Use this diluted infusion as usual during your sauna session. Never pour the undiluted oil directly onto hot stones!
